Help with Calorie Deficit...How many
I am having a hard time understanding calorie deficit. I am 200 lbs 5'8" and want to reach the goal of 140-150 lbs. how many calories should I be consuming in a day to loose? Thanks.

Not sure if this is in the right board or not. But does anyone know why would my tshirts begin to fit tighter around my arm? I have been weightlifting for a while now?

The extra calories earned??
The extra calories which is earned after doing exercise, well do you have to eat them back in order to lose or not?

Planning Meals?
I wanted to know if anyone plans their meals (not including breakfast). Do you prepare 5-6 meals for each day, which would be about 30 meals prepared for the week, which would be 30 containers to be refridgerated. Do you cook this amount of food?

Leaving muscle and stripping away bodyfat
I am somewhat satisfied with my weight... maybe just 20 lbs to lose. However, I want to know how do one strip away body fat and keep muscle?

So am I understanding correctly? Example: So if my daily calorie maximum is 1200 calories and if I exercise and burn 300 calories, then do I need to be eating back those 300 calories that I burned during exercise to lose weight and gain muscle?
