Burning Calories Question??

If you already know how many calories (deficit) you should be consuming each day,is there a calculator or way to figure out how many calories you should burn during exercise in order to lose?

    If you are eating calories that leave you in a deficit, you can burn 0 calories through exercise and still lose weight.

    Eat and exersizes in what ever combination you want to balance your net intake at your set goal.
