PHUL and Running
I'm thinking about switching to the PHUL program but have always loved running. Would it be okay to do lower before upper (as in lower Mon/Wed and upper Tue/Thur), run after leg days and still do a long run on Saturdays? I currently run while doing stronglifts, but want to switch things up a little.

Homemade Yogurt Nutritional Info?
The nutritional info in the database for homemade yogurt varies significantly. Any ideas on the closest approximation for homemade yogurt? Should it really vary significantly from the nutritional info of the milk that it comes from, since the two ingredients are basically milk and a small amount of yogurt starter?

Ideas for adding to soy nuts?
I recently started eating soy nuts as a healthy snack after cutting down on my meat intake and eliminating dairy from my diet, but I find them to be a little dry and boring on their own. Anyone have any ideas of stuff to add to them to make a still healthy, high protein snack more appealing?

All Sugars Not Created Equally?
Just throwing this up for disussion...I eat a mostly plant strong diet and have had tremendous success since I started. But one thing I have noticed is that in my daily goals, I am almost always over on sugars by up to ten or so grams, even though I eat no processed foods with refined sugar at all.
