I have been feeling a bit of a struggle to stay on track lately even though I have had incredible success until today. I saw my sister at church for the first time in several weeks (and after my first time buying some new clothes since I lost weight) and when she saw me, she actually started crying because she is so proud of how I look right now!!!
Even though I still have another 40lbs to go, it reminded me that having lost 70 lbs (50 w/ MFP) is awesome and now I'm stoked to stay the course!
