Nuco Protein Powder
So, I've fallen in love with the flavor of this stuff. It's just.. yummy and doesn't leave a weird aftertaste in my mouth. However, one can't just buy the powder (so far as I've seen). So, I'm looking for a protein powder that is also yummy. Does anyone know of one with a similar taste to Nuco?

No rest days during the week
Any advice on this topic? My husband is doing PRT 5 days a week after being mostly inactive for the last year following his surgery. So, in addition to his normal routine (stairs, walking, whatever he does lol) 5 days a week, 1 hour a day, mostly sprints, leg drills, and body weight exercises. While this was normal before…

Potato!!
I love -white- potatoes. I don't care what kind of skin, I just love the white starchy goodness. I've tried sweet potatoes a couple times in my life. The first was a casserole, with marshmallows, and... stuff? It was horrible. I've had sweet potato fries/wedges, and they're great. What are your recipes? I'm looking for…

Boobies!
Made you look! I do have a question, though. My waist has gotten smaller (maybe 2 inches or so), and so when admiring my breasts, I noticed that they seemed larger. I had my husband feel them to confirm since he's the expert, and he agrees that my breasts are actually larger. Negative pregnancy test, and I don't have…

Mini-Success
So, I have a tiny NSV! I have never been able to fit into my husbands PT shorts. Today, I got curious... They ft! Not well, but they go on.

Another TDEE question...
So, I have a question about TDEE calculations. I'm using the Scooby calculator, and one of the options is "lose fat and gain muscle" which is exactly what I want to do. However, since I'm overweight (66" @240lbs) I'm wondering if that's the right choice to make. It puts my calorie intake at about 2587, but that gains me no…

The scale is EVIL
It's true!!! So, in the last two weeks my weight hasn't changed. I've been (mostly) good, and I've averaged about 1427 cal over the last 2 weeks (per day) with some days being up, and others being down, and that doesn't include two days I didn't track and am sure I was over. I've decided that 1350, which was my MFP goal…

HRM v. MFP
I know most people say that MFP greatly overestimates calories burned during cardio. However, using my HRM it stated I burned 841 calories. When I plugged speed and time into MFP it pulled 200something. Which would be more valid? I assume MFP assumes decent shape for the activity. I am very out of shape, so would that be…

Another protein thread
I'm also having trouble with my protein goals. I saw in the other thread people were talking about 1g/1lb fat (or similar ratios). MFP has my protein set to 66 and my carbs set to 164. I assume that's grams, but maybe I'm missing something. Assuming that MFP is tracking by the gram, I'm having a hard time meeting even the…

Safe to go under?
I'm attempting to lose a fairly significant amount of weight. I've spent the last few weeks altering my diet from processed foods to whole foods. Snacks went from chips to nuts (measured), pastas went from white bleached to homemade rye (I do love carbs...), drinking water instead of soda, etc. I understand that in…
