Best podcasts/audiobooks to listen to when exercising?
I find it easier to keep running when i zone out a bit and stop thinking about how much time i have left of my run etc. So I'm thinking listening to a podcast or audio-book would be good but have no idea what to get! Can anyone recommend something? Thanks!

Hey can anybody recommend some apps for weight loss and fitness? At the moment i have MFP(obviously), couch to 5k which I really love, and map my run. I use my phone a lot and find they keep me quite motivated but am looking for some more :) Thanks!

Every day i seem to go over on sugar and dietary fibre! Does anyone have any tips on how to reduce these, especially sugar! I dont add it to any meals and don't think i eat things that are particularly sweet.
