Ice Bath for Achy legs
I workout 5 nights a week, Sun-thurs, 50 min a night. HIIT Elliptical-Core exersizes mainly. Problem is 2 rest days later my legs are still real sore. Would an Ice bath help that? Or should I be waiting another day before working out?

Looking to buy a Heart Rate Monitor, do any of them out there have the ability to track your heartrate of a set workout and link to a smartphone or computer? Curious if there is a graph that will show peaks and valleys etc.

Herbalife-after workout protein?
Not looking to meal supress with these but is this a suitable after workout source of Protein? I usually workout 50 min a day 5 days a week, and after doing some reading I realised after workout I needed to be having something Protein rich. Should also mention we have a bunch of the stuff and rather than buy something else…
