What is the point of working out?
Seriously? On the days I don't work out, I eat my 1200 cal. On the days I do, I will burn about 350 cal at the gym, be really HUNGRY afterwards, like today, and I ate about 2000 for the day. So 2000-350=1650 total cal for the day. I know I need to work out to get fit, so I don't get "skinny fat" but what is the point, on…

I screwed up!!! (vent)
Gosh i should have totally looked at the calories before i bought this. Barilla cheese tortelli. I tried eating one serving of it, which was 1/4 of the package. but then i took an hour walk, and after wards i was STARVINNNNGGGG. I ended up eating the rest that was in the pot. feeling discouraged
Several days ago i was exicted i weighed 154. Today i weigh 156 and i weigh the same time every day, when i first wake up.For the last 2 weeks i have reduced calorie intake to 1200, work out an hour, sometimes 2 a day. i was so upset that i actually gained weight... ugh.
