Just don't start
I am a binger..always have been. But I really think that stopping for a momment before I start to eat unplanned foods will help. I often use up more calories for my snacks than i do for my meals. That is not healthy...especially when many of these foods are full of sugar and fat. When I get started..it just keeps on.…

Today is the day
This is it! I am fed up with eating so much. I was awake half the night with hot flashes. I am pretty sure they are caused by too much sugar. I can do this.

I need a friend
I am starting over with this program. I am 5'6" and weigh 207 lbs. I am going to have a knee replacement sometime this winter and it would really help if I could lose some weight. I need a few friends to connect with in this community. Thanks.
