10 week challenge B&A photos!
Hi guys, These are my before and after photos from my 10 week challenge - I ended up with 2 weeks off (Weeks 7 and 9) and Weeks 8 and 10 were limited cardio due to respiratory issues, but my results were fantastic! Just thought I'd share! :bigsmile: Sorry - resized should update soon :smile:

No Heavy Carbs @ dinner
Hi all, I'm looking for recipes for main meals that do not include any heavy carbs (bread, rice, pasta, potato) I also need to look at limiting other substitute items too (like couscous and quinoa). I will need a few recipes as I will have to plan a whole week's worth of dinners! Thanks in advance!!
