So I started my weight loss journey about 18months ago, things started slowly because I didn't change my diet, just started doing 2x 1hr Personal Training sessions a week. I managed to lose about 7kgs in 12 months, not fantastic, but it's better than nothing.

6 weeks ago I signed up for a 10 week fitness challenge at my gym, which gave me an extra 2x 30min PT sessions and 1x 1hr PT sessions a week on top of my 2x 1hr PT sessions, so 5 days a week! I also got some additional guidance on nutrition. Today I had my half way weigh in and measurements. Day 1 of week 5

Starting details:
Weight: 112.6kg (248 pounds)
On bust: 118.5cm (46.6 inches)
Under bust: 99cm ( 38.8 inches)
Upper arm R: 41.5cm (16.3 inches)
Waist: 112.5cm (44.2 inches)
Waist - narrow point: 99.5cm (39.1 inches)
Hips: 128.5cm (50.5 inches)
Thigh - widest point: 74cm (29.1 inches)
Calf - widest point: 45.5cm (17.9 inches)

Today I weighed in at:

Weight: 107.7kg (237.5 pounds)
On bust: 116cm (45.6 inches)
Under bust: 97.5cm (38.3 inches)
Upper arm R: 40.5cm (15.9 inches)
Waist: 110cm (43.3 inches)
Waist - narrow point: 96.5cm (37.9 inches)
Hips: 126.5cm (49.8 inches)
Thigh - widest point: 71.5cm (28.1 inches)
Calf - widest point: 44cm (17.3 inches)

Which works out to be a total loss of 4.5kg or around 10 pounds and 16.5cm or 6.4 inches in just over 4 weeks!

So happy right now *doing happy dance* :glasses:

Since I can't edit anymore :grumble:
Wanted to add, that this has also been achieved through adding zumba on the wii (20-45mins a day) on the weekends or walking and I've just started adding 30 Day Shred on Mon, Wed, Fri nights.

Thanks! It has been a lot of work, but anything worth doing is hard work! I hope to be posting even better results in another 5 weeks
