Starting 30DS three days a week

Hi all! I've started 30 Day Shred three days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) and I'd love to have some friends doing the same.

Yesterday was my first day so I'm currently on Day 1, Level 1.

I will have measurements from Monday and will post :bigsmile:

    Ive started this, its a killer, I only managed once last week (making excuses I know, but my adult son was home with my eldest grandson, house was full)
    did on monday morning (cant manage more than a few star jumps (arthritic knee) so adapted by keeping one leg on ground,
    as soon as I get off MFP plan to do todays session

    Well that sounds great! Maybe we can encourage each other! I am only doing 3 days a week on PTs orders! After yesterday I am glad for that! I want to push, but with all the rest I have to do for this 10 week challenge it would be too much!

    I did Week 1 Day 4 yesterday. I'm slowly starting to see that it's getting easier to do the jumping jacks and the whole routine without pausing it!! Still hard as heck though!

    i've done it once already but haven't exercised for a while and am starting back today, at least last time the first day i didn't know how hard it would be...i haven't got the luxury of ignorance no more lol feel free to add me :flowerforyou:

    I managed the jumping jacks, but had to 'bounce' instead of jump for the second lot of jump ropes! Killing my calf muscles!! Do you guys do your push ups on knees or toes? I normally do push ups on my toes, but can't manage it yet in 30DS! So I have been doing knees... @_@

    I do push ups on my knees too. Jumping jacks are getting easier but the jump rope still kills me too!!

    It is good to know it becomes a little easier as you get further in! I can't imagine being able to do this workout and not break a sweat! I mean even the girls in the DVD are sweating!!! :)
