When lean over I have about 5 rolls of fat/skin from just under my breasts all the way down - I had an operation years ago so have a big horizontal scar which the biggest belly layer hangs over as all these rolly polly bits seem to be more obvious as I lose weight - what exercises can I do to tone then up! Help!
