C5-C6 herniation- Alternative Shoulder exercises?
According to my doctor, shoulders and shrugs need to be changed if i want to do these exercises. Thumbs have to be up for instead of in for shoulder raises. Does anyone know of a good website or something that teaches ways of doing it and other exercises?

calorie counting or macro counting...
so which one is prefered? they both kind of work in tandem but instead you are monitoring everything. so if i eat 200g carbs(and over your allowance of carbs according to the plan layout) but still in a deficit, can you lose weight or do you need to monitor that?

Water consumption
So once i wake up in the morning, i drink 2 full glasses of water. Then during workout, i drink another two glasses during the workout. Will that leave me 4 more glasses left or do those water consumptions not count?

question about calorie adjustment- IIFYM
so i have my calories calculated from the iifym website for 5 days of weight training. Beginning this week, i will do cardio for 1 hour on the weekends. Do i need to just simply adjust the days to 7 days or is there something special i need to do for two days of cardio since its a different form of exercise?

Spinning bike vs other at home cardio options
Looking for an option for cardio. Since i have a bum ankle, spinning is the best choice and less taxing on the ankle. Spinning looks like fun but wondering if others have found success with it. 6 net carbs- do I count carbs or net carbs?
So on myfitness pal, this counts actual carbs in a food. Mission® Carb Balance Flour Soft Taco Tortillas are an excellent source of fiber and contain 6g of net carbs per serving. But does myfitnesspal take this into effect or just gives me the full 19 carbs?
