So i stopped the whole Paleo diet that my trainer gave me and came back to helped me lose the weight. Which is coming back to MFP.

But two weeks in now and i havent lost any weight. Frankly, i gained a lb. Unsure if my body fat was reduced but my weight hasnt.

So my calorie intake is in TDEE format and its 2359. I have tried to stay within my nutrients and always below the TDEE by not alot. I workout 6 days a week as well. I measure all my food. There are some nights where im not able to measure my dinner but i know im well under my number.

Any advice would be appreciated and if you want, you can look at my diary.

    You are currently eating 2359?

Hmm, you didn't log the weekend and not all of your dinners are logged. If you didn't measure or don't have an accurate calorie count for your dinner somewhere, how can you be sure that you are under?

Beyond that you should have at least lost water weight if you are truly in a deficit. The only thing I can think of is that you have gone balls out on your new exercise routine and are retaining massive amounts of water from that. But it really isn't usual that you haven't lost ANY n00b weight to start.

This. Plus I noted generic entries in your diary (are those your own recipes are from the database?) and little, if any, use of a food scale (avocados are very calorie dense and should be weighed, along with almost all the solids you intake).

Is that your TDEE or your TDEE minus some percentage? If it is your TDEE, then you might want to take off 15% or so and see how that works. As stated earlier, logging accuracy is very important as is selecting the correct database entries that match what you are eating. Ones labeled Generic are generally not a good choice. Consistent logging is also important. Another thing you probably need to keep in mind which I have not seen mentioned is that you were doing a paleo sort of thing which could have depleted your glycogen stores meaning by stopping it they have been somewhat replenished and that requires water which will add weight. Overall, 1 pound is well within the 4-5 pound variations in weight that would have nothing to do with fat increase.

I'm on mobile so I can't easily see your diary. Off the top of my head, though:

    - weigh all solids and measure all liquids
    - log using good nutrition info (e.g., food labels and USA entries)
    - you may need to drop calories. I'm not sure of your height, weight, or activity level but if you clean up on my first two points and still aren't losing, you're still eating too much to lose and need to accept a calorie drop.
