Im eating enough protein 150 per day.

Which begs the question is it necessary?

If you're consuming 150 grams of protein per day, mostly from animal sources, no BCAAs are neither necessary, nor will they make any appreciable difference.

You're fine, BCAA supplement would be a waste of money for you

For you, no, you are already eating too much protein.

I take bcaa suppliments and creatine. I'll be the first to admit though that the bcaa is probably uncessary unless your in a pretty high deficit.

Examine.com is a great website for information on suppliments. Kinda funny when I search bcaa on examine I came across this:https://examine.com/insiders/3-more-popular-supplements-that-are-a-waste/
Bcaa are included in the list lol.

Creatine on the other hand has been found to be safe and very helpful for both building muscle in a bulk and helping retain in a deficit.

Unless it's a vegan shake, that counts as an animal source
