Who is planning their meal plan for the week? What's on it?

Percentage of carbs fat and protein.
What percentage breakdown of carbs, fat and protein do you all eat? Do you follow mfp's guided plan or do you set the nutrition goals yourself? I was setting it myself and considered changing to mfp guided plan but when i do the carb "requirement" is way to high for me.

atkins induction and exercise
so i've kind of fallen back to some old habits and am considering going back to induction starting monday for 2 weeks. when i was on atkins a year ago, i wasnt exercising at all. on induction, you are only supposed to eat 20 net carbs. how does exercise effect this and vice versa.

it's that time of night
so it's like a light switch. the minute my daughter goes to bed, all i want to do is snack. i am usually on the computer or watching tv when my urges hit. anyone have any good advice?

protein shakes and blenders
anyone make protein shakes? If so, what blender do you use? I broke mine with a frozen strawberry :( (should of listened to my dh) Do any blenders chop up frozen strawberries? Thanks!

Hi! New to posting and blogging at myfitnesspal.com. Looking forward to browsing the forums and using the tools myfitnesspal provides. I have about 20-25 pounds left to lose. I have learned to eat clean, to watch my carbs and have begun incorporating exercise into my daily routine. Would love to find some support buddies!
