Favorite snacks to bring at work
I need ideas! I think I do pretty well in terms of bringing fruits/veggies but I need more variety! Something portable and easy to eat as I see patients (as a student) all day long. Would love to hear your own list of healthy snacks!

Can jog for 30 minutes but only at 5mph
A little over a month ago, I decided to get back at running to improve my fitness. My goal is to be able to run 6.5mph continuously for at least 30 minutes, and I have 4 months to reach this goal.
