29 yo mom/military/grad student needing support

Hi all! I'm new here in the community. I joined MFP in 2010 but sort of forgot about this and now I'm back.

I'm one of those petite women (I'm 5'2") who only have 15-20 lbs to lose and it's been a struggle. My weight gain started when my daughter turned one year old. At the time I was taking 2-3 prerequisites at night in order to get into the PA program through the military. Fortunately, I did get accepted but then I gained 15+ more during my didactic year (lack of sleep, never-ending stress, eating anything for comfort, very little exercise).

In January '13, I weighed at my heaviest at 137 lbs. So far I've lost 7 lbs but still have 10 lbs to go. I would LOVE to be near/at my goal when I turn 30 on April 21! I realize losing the last 10 lbs will definitely be a challenge, so I'm giving myself an extension (no later than May 22 when my daughter turns 4!). What has worked so far is different, short-term goals every month, whether giving up a food item or improving my workout routine.

Please feel to add me!
