How do y'all personally go about logging yalls water intake for the day? Particularly, do y'all count the water mixed with protein powders, pre workouts, and other supplements as part of the minimum required 8 glasses a day? Or do y'all drink 8 glasses in conjunction with the water used in mixtures?

Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton SC is having a weekend obstacle course run on Feb 23rd and 24th. There is a 10 mile 25 obstacle "valour course", a 3 mile 16 obstacles "courage course", and a .25 mile obstacle free "seal pup course" for kids. The website is faceyourfearsbluffton.com. GW reached but still fat not muscle!
Ok, I'm 7 lbs from my ultimate weight goal of 200lbs but I sill have a lot of fat and not eough muscle.What's the best advice to stay current weight to convert my fat to muscle? Zig Zag Calorie intake?
I have seen a few times about changing up your daily calorie intake to alternating days to confuse yor metabolism. i.e. eating 1500 one day then 1500 the second day and 2000 the third day then starting back at 1500 or simular cycle's. Has anyone tried this or know a little more info about if it works?
