5'3" and 19lbs to lose!
Hi I'm 5'3" and 145lbs. GW is 126lb for holiday in 13 weeks and then eventually down to 119. Looking for friends who are similar to myself for support, inspiration and to see what works with everyone! Eating back exercise calories...makes no sense to me...

Sore!
Hey! It’s my first week doing Turbofire, apart from being at points confused (I'm sure I'll pick it up!) I am absolutely loving it! One question, was anyone else really sore?? It's my first rest day today and my calves are really tight. I think I’m going to do a stretch DVD tonight – hopefully that will help! x
