5'3" and 19lbs to lose!

Hi

I'm 5'3" and 145lbs. GW is 126lb for holiday in 13 weeks and then eventually down to 119.

Looking for friends who are similar to myself for support, inspiration and to see what works with everyone!

I'm currently training for 5k 3 days a week and also Jillian Michael's Body Revolution the other 3 days.

  • Hi! I am 5'4" with 21 pounds to lose! I was 146 starting out but I have gotten down to 141 in a week. I need some support. I am doing Jillian's 30 day shred.

    I'm doing Jillians body revolution cardio every morning then 5k training 3 nights a week. Then on the nights when I'm not running I'm doing the normal workouts of Jillians body revolution. And then sundays off! Very confusing!

    Determined to lose weight for good this time plus the thought of having to put a bikini on in just under 14 weeks is scaring me!

    My goal to lose isn't as quick as yours, and my weight loss efforts are far from perfect, but I'm 5'3" and currently 148 lbs. I'm taking a very relaxed, slow approach right now. I'm not doing any particular exercise program, I kind of just do whatever I'm in the mood for day by day...which is more realistic for me in the long run.

    But I do sign in to log my foods everyday and I'm willing to help support you in your goal, and maybe your success will encourage me to get my butt moving more! So friend me if you'd like :)

    I'm currently 5'3" weighing about 146. I would like to be around 115 around August or September. I think my weight loss journey would be easier if I had some friends or support on here. I'm currently doing Leandro Carvalho Brazil Butt Lift and doing the Nike training club app. If there are any good workout DVD's please let me know!
