1400 cal too low?
I am 18, 6'3, 320 pounds. I have recently been eating about 1400 cal's a day, and I went from 335 to 320 in less than two weeks. I was just wondering if this is going to hurt me right now? Macros for my goal?
I want to shoot for maybe 2 lbs or more a week if possible in a healthy manor? I weigh 305 lbs, 6 foot 2 in, 17 years old, weight train 5 days a week, and do zero cardio. I want to end my weight losing journey at around 250 lbs. PLEASE help me figure out some exact numbers to go by??? :) Thankssssss!!!!!!

Daily meal plan, for one day?
Can anybody write a possible Breakfast, lunch, dinner, meal lists? This would be for a large man, haha. Just ideas, to help you know? Oh, and the total carbs should add to be about 20g daily? And I workout everyday, weight lifting, though. Thanks!
