Macros for my goal?

I want to shoot for maybe 2 lbs or more a week if possible in a healthy manor?
I weigh 305 lbs, 6 foot 2 in, 17 years old, weight train 5 days a week, and do zero cardio.
I want to end my weight losing journey at around 250 lbs. PLEASE help me figure out some exact numbers to go by??? :) Thankssssss!!!!!!
