I did Level 1 Day 5 this morning. Still taking quick breaks for a sip of water! But MUCH better than Day 1. Muscles not sore anymore :drinker: YIPPEEEEEE. How are you all doing and feeling?

Pure Lemon Juice in Water?
Hi All, With the cold weather it is yukky to drink cold water. But I LOVE a mug of hot water with a few tablespoons of pure lemon juice (bottled, not fresh). Can I count this under my water intake? I would love to hear thoughts on this.
