Hi All,
I have just joined and I am really excited to be a part of this community.
I am 44 years young and I need to loose 10kg's. I have been a yo-yo dieter for the last 10 years!
I have the perfect workout program and the perfect lifestyle eating plan ( I have already lost 5kgs ) but seriously lack accountability and support. I am hoping this site will help me.
Dreading posting a 'before' picture, but I think that is the kick up the butt I need :blushing:

Hi Danette welcome to MFP
When you say you have the"perfect workout program" I hope you mean you are changing up your exercises and routines to keep your body guessing. For example if you do 100 jumping jacks a day your body gets used to that and the benefit from it diminishes over time so you have to to other things, lunges, planks, weights, jogging, to keep your body "on it's toes".
Everyone on the forums have terrific advice for fun workouts.
