Exercise adds calories to diet plan?
I just started doing Turbo Fire and Body Revolution this Monday, and i noticed that when i log my exercise the food allowance goes up. I don't understand why? Doesn't this cancel out the calories I just lost? Please somebody explain. Also is anyone else doing turbo fire and body revolution?
