Didnt have time for my official weigh in day, so I did it this morning and took measurements. Weight is up a little bit from yesterday, which was up from last week. 30 day shred AND treadmill?

Questions about salad...

I am hungry

Only lunch time
and I ONLY have 334 calories left for my day. Granted, I didnt exercise yet, so that will give me back 160 this afternoon, BUT i may not have the time to exercise today. Cant eat much and be satisfied on 334 calories. Maybe everyone is right, and I need to adjust my goal. Im gonna check that out.
