sidetracking
:flowerforyou: Was wondering if anyone had ideas on how to sidetrack oneself from eating when you feel you could eat a half dozen four packs of Reeces peanut butter cups. I don' seem to have the self control that I thought I did and really could use your advice.

Binging is getting better I believe
 Well my evening binge eating is getting a little bit better as I only eat what is good for me. Now my problem is snack foods like granola bars-I really like them and the newer Fiber One brownie and chocolate chip cookie are just great and then they can out with a chocolate chewy one. What is a person to do when…

The Cookie Monster Got Me
I was doing pretty well today on my new 900 calorie diet the doctor put me on until I just had to have a macadamia nut cookie from Subway. Now I wish I hadn't done that. Trying to reach 200 by the end of summer

I started originally at 255 on surgery day and as…

Three cops were injured, the store owner was shot in the arm and back while escaping. After 14 hours the swat team went in and…

New to myfitnesspal
I would like to find some friends who may have had lap band surgery that would be supportive during rough times. I am still not eating 4 ounces of food at a time but since I started exercising again last week have lost weight. The program put me on a 1200 calorie diet and there is no way to eat that much and follow the…

New to this site
I had lap band surgery last march and initially lost 30 pounds. I have had a lot of health issues in the last three years including six back surgeries and recently found out that I have severe post menopausal osteoporosis and elected to try prolia. I have had other surgeries over the last three years as well as a double…
