Questions about walking
Hey all! I walk to and from work for 30 minutes one way. I do this 4 days a week. Was wondering if I do this and have a semi-sedentary life, should I change my "lifestyle choice" on the goals section as lightly active or keep it as sedentary? As I'm always running late to work (lol), I always walk at a brisk pace.
