I have seen some awesome trainers I want from nike but I can't find them on any uk websites, does anyone know if trainers in US are always released here too?

lifting enough?
I have weights at home and I'm trying to do as many different exercises with them as possible without a bench but I'm worried I'm not lifting heavy enough.....20kg is all I can really do with most of the exercises, is that too little?

How many of you post your progress pics? does it help you to post them or do you keep them to yourself? i have been taking photo's, I cant see that much difference but my sister can, just wondered if that oh so cringesome thought of posting them might help to get perspective!

Fitness, weight, shape, measurements......
So after 4 months I finally lost a stone!!! Hurrah! .....but I think I look the same, people told me to measure and really I've only lost an inch off each area maximum!! It's so puzzling! I've lost 14lb but I measure the same? My friends say I look different. But how can I if my measurements are the same?

arm/leg coordination tips???
the only one of my classes that I love but am completely useless at is Bodyjam....I can't for the life of me move my arms at the same time as my legs. has any one got any tips on exercises to improve coordination?

why can't I run????
I do 8 classes a week, Step, zumba, bodyjam bums tums thighs and circuits. I can hold my own in all of these but when it comes to sprints in circuits I just can't, I struggle so much, when the others have done 5 i'm only on 3...i seem to get out of breath way before I'm tired!!! It's just not happening!!!!
I have been doing 5/6 classes of cardio per week inc step, Zumba body jam and tums bums thighs for just over a month, been keeping calorie intake to around 1200 and nothing is happening minimal weight loss if any and just one inch off each thigh, hips and bust and one inch ON my waist!!!
