progress pics

How many of you post your progress pics? does it help you to post them or do you keep them to yourself? i have been taking photo's, I cant see that much difference but my sister can, just wondered if that oh so cringesome thought of posting them might help to get perspective!

    I take a new photo when I lose 7 pounds. All face shots up till now (I have only just plucked up the courage to buy a full length mirror). I then add the photos to my profile. I understand how you may find it all a little cringeworthy at first but honestly, it was one of the best decisions I made! When I couldn't see the difference in my weight when I looked in the mirror, at least I could see a difference in the photos! I would highly recommend it! :flowerforyou:

    For a long time, I didn't get on a scale. I was down about 25 lbs before I noticed. The only reason I noticed is one day I went to tighten my belt, and there were no holes. I was wearing oversized shirts not tucked in for so long, I didn't notice. The last pants I bought were in May, and they were 35s, the ones I bought about two weeks ago were 29s and 28s.
