Run for your Lives
Anyone on here done this? www.runforyourlives.com A buddy and myself are looking at this next year... We are sort a using it as our goal and motivation to get back in shape. Holy Elliptical Batman!!!
So, After several years of doing nothing after the Military, I did my first real work out session today. I am sooooooo out of shape its not funny. 30 min of High incline, high resistance, as fast as I could go at a steady pace, and my legs are jello... Yikes I gotta long way to go...
