Help getting back on track!!
2 weeks ago I got really depressed and started eating anything and everything. I keep trying to get back on track and only eat what I should but am having problems staying on track. Any ideas, suggestions for a way for me to get back on track? Thanks!

I tend to get depressed when I know when my visit with my daughter is going to be over. Today I am really depressed and really want to do nothing but push sugar into my system. Any suggestions how to keep on track?
