1200 Calories?
Some days I have a hard time eating a minimum of 1200 calories. MFP says I should consume around 1300 and my doc says 1500. I know the dangers of not consuming 1200, but on a day like today when I've only consumed 900 and I'm not really hungry I'd typically drink a few beers to add cals or eat a very unhealthy pop tart. snacking
Since starting to calorie count with the help of MFP I've noticed that late afternoon and evenings are hard for me. I want a big snack, especially around 8/9p.m. To help my afternoon craving today I drank a big cup of ice water. Fortunately no huge cravings tonight, but know they may return tomorrow. Help, what do you do?
