Ladies: PMS weight gain
Hi! Does anyone gain weight right before their period? I've been losing weight, and within the last two days I have gained almost 1.5 lbs back. It is so frustrating! Does anyone else have this problem or know how to avoid pre-period weight gain?

Eating Right On Vacation
I'm going on vacation in a few weeks, and my family and I will be eating out the entire time (there is no kitchen in the hotel). Quads
Are there any good quad workouts that you know of? And are they worth doing? I want to lose inches there, but I'm not sure if the inches will go once I lose the weight or if I should do weights to help it along.

Some Success
Today, after a month at MFP and working out daily, I tried on some of my old shorts that used to be too tight, and now they fit better than they did when I bought them (although I was 5 lbs lighter when I bought them). I've only lost 4 pounds, but the daily exercise has really help me be in better shape. If I can do it, so…
