Alright, so throughout the years I've lost and regained weight. Each time getting to 190lb (just above my lowest remembered weight, 189lb) and then regaining most of it again. For me my weight gain was due to a traumatic experience where I felt if I gained weight, I would protect myself, as to no longer be deemed…
Alright so I'm curious as to what your diets are like and what kind of results you see (or did see) on average. Currently I'm eating low carb and it seems to be working but I'm not sure how sustainable it is in the long run. Also are their any workouts that seem to be better than others?
