Anyone Success Stories on PALEO ?
I would love to hear anyone who has had great Success with PALEO in specifically maintaining their goal weight +/- a few lbs.. for at least 1 year and how they went about Maintenance.. and How you are doing today.. This is what most interests me... I hope I can find some of you out their :) !!!

PALEO and Calories
I switched from LOW calorie/ high carb to PALEO... I brought my calories up from like 800-1000 to around 1200-1500 a day and lost a few lbs.. for a variety of reasons.. A+ on PALEO... and i am not hungry anymore like i use to be... My question is this.. If i wanted to lose 5 more lbs... what should i do.. or i just cant…

Cholesterol Results Back
Not to impressed... Total=237 (not good) LDL=151 (not good) HDL=74 (great) TRI=60 ( great ).. When you only have 5 Lbs. to lose & Paleo
I have switched to paleo based on the fact that i have been doing high carb low calorie for 10 years now..The low calorie thing has actuallly helped me maintain a weight of 133 eating 1000 calories...and cheating days might be as high as 1800 (which is NOT often).. if i dont eat like this i can shoot up to 150 in a blink…

At Goal Weight on Paleo - and still going down.....
So Paleo is working out great. Super happy.. sometimes when i see people eating like pasta or bread i get a slight craving.. but its not enough to indulge and since i KNOW NOW without a doubt it has no nutritional value.. its kool.. and craving goes away when i look away.. not difficult i must say... Never weighing in during Period... lol
I am like down to goal weight ALMOST and feeling super fly and i go for FUN to weigh myself.. GAINED 2.8 lbs... so i am going to hope its my period... i dont feel bloated, i look good..... so i dont know the scale is just evil ! lol....... will weigh in in a few days and start logging in my food incase i am overeating...…
