Keep sliced apples fresh
Anyone have any ideas on how to keep sliced apples fresh? They turn brown too quick between the time I slice them and pack them till lunch time.

Is there life after Ranch Dip?
I like vegetables, but not enough to snack on them raw. I want to try and cut back on using ranch (my sweet spot) but I’m not sure what else I can use to dip them? My palates recoil in horror at the thought of fat free dips, so I’d like to steer clear of that too.

not shin pain, but rather tightness
I'm doing all the suggested stretches to prevent shin pain and it's helped, but they are brutally tight when I go for walks. Is the tightness normal? If so, I'm sure they will loosen if I keep it up.

Does anyone else use Flaxseed in their diet? It's been recommended by my cardiologist and he gave me a sample of Hodgson Mills Flaxseed to sprinkle on my foods, but I haven't so far.
