Glazed Carrots

Serves 4

4 carrots, peeled & sliced
1 cinnamon stick
1 tbs. butter
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs honey

Bring the carrots and cinnamon sticks to a boil and then reduce heat to medium for 20 min. (we like them very tender, you don't have to cook as long, but at least 15 minutes)

Drain and return to pan
combine remaining ingredients and mix well and return to stove on low to keep warm

Voila!
