I've started the gym recently and doing exercise at home and spinning classes twice a week. I'm going out this friday for a night out around town, i've tried to back out of it but i can't leave my friend to go on her own. Just need a bit of advice....
2 weeks go i lost 7 pounds, but this week i only lost 3, i weight myself every Sunday, but i sneakily weighed myself today and ive stayed the same weight! Is this normal? I have been introducing exercise into it now so that might be it? Or am i expecting to much to soon?

New to exercise!
