Well after doing some reading and trying to make a egg salad sandwich with just egg whites . ( its really gross) i decided to check if egg yoke is really that bad for you. Turns out in moderation it has the most nutrients in the egg. So i just wasted food by throwing them out.

I get hungry in the middle of the night.
I've lost 45 lbs and I am currently 220 and 5'11. I work out 5 days a week. 10-30 mins of cardio (depending on the day) And 1-2 hrs of weight lifting (depending on the day). I have been working out since November of 2009. I stopped drinking beer but really didnt focus to much on dieting. first 4 months I did pure cardio. (run 1.5 mile on a tread mill, 30 mins eliptical, 1 mile run on a track, 15 mins arm bicycle) I didn't want to do weight lifting because I thought i'd "bulk up" This helped me…
