well now i got to convince my brother (on the left in the pic) to cut it for me. Hes a hair dresser but since i pay he can be difficult to get a hair cut out of.

Watch out working out 7 days a week can burn you out. I've found 5 days a week is a good mix with weekends off. It gives your body rest. And while being sick is usually when I loose weight. Since your body stores water whlie put under a new load. And once you releive it of that load you will drop the excess stored water.

Are you sure your serving sizes are correct? And how many calories are you eating a day?

When exercising you dont want to just work out one muscle group, it would be far more benifical to work out all the muscle groups in a gym with some cardio too

Trust your trainer becuase they know what calorie you are burning. Those 200 calories wont make or break you.

Though remember what works for someone won't work for someone else. Not all work outs are the same.

I work out major muscle groups 5 days a week, abs 3 days a week and 10-30 mins of cardio depending on the day. And i lost 45 lbs. Now I am watching my calorie intake to lose the other 30.

How much sparkling water are you drinkling. I wouldnt drink more then a serving a day.

I have lost 45 lbs so far by doing cardo and weight lifting. I started doing only cardio because i was afraid I'd bulk up. Once I injured myself and had to do less cardio and i picked up weights I found it to be fun. I also learned that you can't bulk up easy. And women who ***** about bulking up makes me laugh. The problem with taking an easier work out is the results won't be as great. You want to get your heart rate up to burn fat and improve your cardiovascular system. On Back and Bicep day I love the burning I get. Though I heard the tricep was your biggest muscle in your arm. So if you want big arms to work that harder then the bicep.

Honestly live a little. Eat the pasta and everything else but do so in moderation. If you decide not to eat at there place, it will look awkward but don't tell people its rude to ask you why. You should be proud you are dieting and tell everyone so they can also help you stay accountable to your goals.

No i work out usually around 9 -10am tuesday, wednesday, thursday and monday friday its around 1-3pm

I have heard water can help too. But its hard in a sleepy daze to think to drink water instead of the food you crave.
