How?!

How is it I feel like I'm munching NON stop then I log everything in here and I come WAYYY short of my calorie needs? O.O I'm not trying to diet I'm trying to eat the right amount of calories while working out to make sure I utilize my workouts! I'm over weight yes but it's not like I'm so over weight I'm trying to starve myself thats the last thing I want to do!

So whats going on here? Grrr. How do I eat more without getting sick? Because when I DO eat the right amount of calories I need a day I feel sick, gah. And I eat healthy, we only eat white meats, lots of veggies and some fruit (type 1 diabetic so I have to watch my sugars). :P And I even sneak chocolate at least once a day somewhere (the fun size chocolate bar size not a normal size haha) ??

Any ideas/suggestions?

    try eating foods that are higher in calories

    ex. cheese, nuts, avocados, peanut butter, etc.

    Are you sure your serving sizes are correct?

    And how many calories are you eating a day?
