Help me pick a hair cut

So i have longer hair now, here is a picture of it currently. I am on the right

    well now i got to convince my brother (on the left in the pic) to cut it for me. Hes a hair dresser but since i pay he can be difficult to get a hair cut out of.

    Actually, beside trimming up the sides, its not too far from the front length you have now, just styled up. So if you don't like it, you're not too far off.

    I think you should grown the back out - kinda like Tom Brady has it. You suit the long hair. But the short cut is lovely too.
