Nutrition to prevent yeast infections...?
I've gone through years being told that yogurt is good to prevent yeast conditions. Yet I'm hearing from all sides that dairy is bad for you... causes inflammation, and so on. So if one that is prone to infections is to totally eliminate dairy (yogurt), then what would be the alternative?
