Hello Everyone
I hope you are all doing well ands staying on track. If anyone wants to become active in the group, please message me. I walk outside nearly every day, I am a certified yoga instructor and I plan to resume going to the gym in the very near future. I would love to meet any and all of you.

Weekly weigh-ins Wednesday
Tomorrow is the first weekly weigh-in for our group. If you are comfortable doing so, please post your losses for the other members to see. We can all gain encouragemment from the successes of other women.

Exercise
Since this is a local group, we have the ability to get together for exercise. Is anyone interested in a daytime exercise buddy? Would anyone be interested in a planned group walk on a Saturday? There are so many lovely places to walk around the South Shore.

The weekend is upon us. For me, Sundays are the most difficult. It is family day and that means food....muffins in the morning, snack food for lunch and dinner out. It's always a struggle. Weigh-in day will be every Wednesday. There are 10 weeks from today until Thanksgiving. At 1 lb a week, we will all meet our minimum goal. Some of us will exceed that goal. Next weigh-in is September 19. We can do this!
