Hi Has anyone or is anyone currently doing 5:2 alongside counting calories. If so, how do you work out calories on non fasting days? Any tips would be good. Thanks

Fitbit help!
I got my Fitbit charge HR last night and I'm concerned that it's logged 307 steps last night. I do have a baby that I get up to feed but I definitely did not do anywhere near that number of steps. Anyone else have this problem? If it was just a few steps I wouldn't mind but 300 is a lot!
