Carbs!
I usually go over on my suggested carbs. I'm not afraid of them but I do question if it is bad to always go over. I eat a lot of fruit plus the carbs that come from daily food. Should I try and ease up or will this not be too detrimental? Thank you for any help!

Exercise Calories
I was wondering if most people eat their exercise calories or not. I am aiming for a 1500 calorie day but usually earn between 300-600 calories, is it ok to eat those and still maintain my weight? Thank you!
