Feeling like binging

You know those days where you don't get enough sleep, you work out too hard, you are bored? I am all of that rolled into one right now. I feel like a cupcake, a donut, a bag of chips and I don't want to give in. I just finished lunch so I know I'm not actually hungry.
I decided to come on the forums to distract myself.

Anybody have any good tips when they feel like this?

    So you literally feel like "all that and a bag of chips"? ;)

    Whenever I feel like binging I go do some light exercise, read, or simply think about how crappy I feel after giving into a binge.

    ETA: I also usually drink a TON of water. Then I feel super "full" and food doesn't sound as good.

    Yah I felt like that this past weekend...and I went over my calories a bit...chocolate, deep fried this, drink that.

    Husband was getting me a snack and asked me what I wanted...response...something I probably shouldn't be eating...he came back with whole grain tostitoes and salsa....I wanted sour cream and cream cheese dip with shredded chease olives etc.

    Tips: if you can eat what you want but in moderation try to stay within your goals and if you go over a bit don' sweat it.
